American reality television star Kim Kardashian is in Armenia and the whole world has been talking about it. She’s visiting her Ancestral Homeland with husband, Kanye West, her sister Khloe and daughter North.
“Armenia we are here!!!!! We are so grateful to be here & start this journey of a lifetime! Thank you to everyone who greeted us! I can’t wait to explore our country and have some yummy food!,” Kardashian wrote on her Instagram page.
The trip will be a chance for Kardashian to see her heritage, learn about her homeland and commemorate the lives lost during the Armenian Genocide. With this year marking the centennial, the family has visited the Armenian Genocide Memorial Complex in Yerevan, and promised the prime minister to fight for recognition.
As long-time supporters and friends of the Armenian Bone Marrow Donor Registry and supporters of Armenian causes worldwide, we would like to thank the Kardashian-West family for encouraging others to save lives through ABMDR while also commemorating this very important year by visiting Armenia. We want to thank them for their hard work in preserving culture and making the world aware of Armenian causes spanning from issues pertaining to the Armenian Genocide and saving a life through ABMDR to enjoying all the beauties of the Armenian homeland.
